The celebration lasted about ten minutes
The last post ended on the model finally working. This one opens with the licence taking that apart.

Day 04 · 12 August 2026 · LVGenStudio
Getting a much bigger model running, and the number that never moved
A 19B model fixed the faces the small one melted. It also produced a memory figure that went straight into my documentation and was completely wrong.

Day 03 · 11 August 2026 · LVGenStudio
The model that could not hold a face, and the pivot to something it could
A face-hold test that actually worked, followed by a test that quietly swapped the person for one the model preferred. Then a second attempt with no reference image at all.

Day 02 · 9 August 2026 · LVGenStudio
How I picked the first model, and what the first test actually showed
I chose the first model off a half-remembered YouTube video, not a comparison. Then the first real test taught me that a tool reporting success and a tool actually working are two different claims.

I did not mean to end up architecting a video studio
I pay ₹950 a month for a video tool that still can't keep the same face across two shots. Every alternative was worse. This is where the build started.
